چکیده

In Peru, many effluents from domestic wastewater treatment plants often contain high concentrations of biological, physical or chemical contaminants; constituting low quality effluents. this context, the aim research was to evaluate effect produced by bacterial strain Pseudomonas putida ATCC 49128 on variation biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5) extracted plant (WWTP) located in town Collique, district Comas, province Lima, Peru. We conducted our experimental for a period 120 hours, establishing three treatments and control, with repetitions each. The known sources were different P. 49128, ratio 1x108, 1.5x108 2x108 CFU/ml. results demonstrated maximum reductions BOD5 COD 54.79% 51.62%, respectively. Furthermore, variations pH evident, fluctuations between 6.60 8.23, which is considered optimal purification process strain. medium, temperature varied very little, 25.36°C 27.47°C, making it statistically constant (p = 0.149 > α 0.05). Through research, we able conclude that significant reduction WWTP effluent wastewater.

Cálculo de la Incertidumbre en la Medición Visual de los Parámetros de un Péndulo de Foucault

We present a method for determining the uncertainty in the measurement of parameters that describe the dynamics of a Foucault's pendulum. In the document, we review how these parameters can be obtained. Then, we propose a method for evaluating the uncertainty in their determination. We illustrate the method with experimentation made on a 28m height pendulum located at 20° 35' north latitude.
